Top 5 mistakes work-from-home dads make

👋 Hey Reader!

Instead of diving into one specific topic in today’s newsletter, I wanted to share something I’ve been working on.

Free email course:

I just completed a free 5-day email course titled:

Top 5 mistakes work-from-home dads make (and how to fix them)

It tackles many of the struggles that I or other dad’s I’ve talked to have faced while working remote.

A few of the mistakes include:

  • Failing to set boundaries
  • Remaining isolated
  • Ignoring weekly planning

In each email, I share several ways to approach the problem and share what has worked for me.

If you’re interested in receiving the free email course, just click on the button below and you’ll get the first email right away.

What I'm watching:

Shrek 4 | Forever After

I didn’t even know there was a Shrek 4 until recently.

Shrek finds himself married and with several wonderful kids but is struggling with the stress of being a domesticated family man. He misses when he could roam around in the swamp by himself. He misses when the villagers feared him. He misses his old life.

He gets a chance to have his old life again (and potentially lose his new life completely), which only illuminates the gifts he has.

I really enjoyed it (and so did my 4 year old Audrey). Great reminder that sometimes what we think we want ends up being an empty promise.

$4 to rent on Amazon Video or Apple TV.

Thanks again for being a part of this community!
